*** PLEASE NOTE that from 10:00-10:45AM there will be an OMEGA SERVICE by his Fraternity - so if you're already seated you can stay to watch, but during which there will be NO ENTRY to Sanctuary & NO Viewing & NO Talking until their fraternity service ends***

In LIEU of flowers, the family kindly requests instead that a contribution be made in his name/memory/honor to the American Red Cross (may be done on your own or simply through the donation tab/link here in website at the bottom of this page), or if calling in a donation, you may do so to #1-914-946-6500. You may also choose to plant a tree as a lasting tribute, and/or a contribution may be made in his name/memory/honor as previously indicated above. If flowers are sent despite the family request, sending plants or vases the family may possibly keep is preferable & may be delivered on either Fri. Nov. 10th, 2023 by/before 6:00PM to Lee's Funeral Home; or Sat., Nov. 11th by/before 9:30AM to Mt. Hope AME Zion Church. The Family Thanks You!

Kensico Cemetery
Graveside Service & Burial will be on Sunday November 12th, 2023, 1:30PM. You may either meet at Mt. Hope AME Zion Church on Sunday at 12:45PM (1:00PM latest) & follow us in procession to cemetery -OR- meet at Kensico Cemetery office on Sunday by 1:30PM. Please be mindful that we're only just arriving at the cemetery around 1:30pm, need to check in, & then will be lead to the grave & set-up, & the start of any services will be shortly after. Please remain in your vehicles until the cemetery men are out of the area & we specifically let you know you may start getting out of your vehicles. Thank you in advance for your understanding & patience.

Once at cemetery & acknowledged as part of our procession, please do NOT get out of/leave your vehicles unless/until instructed to do so. Otherwise, once we're finally lead to/stopped at the gravesite, please do not exit your vehicles until after the cemetery personnel have left the gravesite area & we explicitly instruct you to do so. Feel free to wear a mask & responsibly social distance as much as comfortable. Please follow & abide by the directions of the funeral home staff and/or cemetery personnel at all times. We Thank You in advance for following directions & any cemetery regulations so as to make all go smoothly the day of burial, to eliminate further burden on the family, and to maintain the health & safety of All. Any questions, or if any clarity is needed, please call ahead to the funeral home and/or speak to us from a safe distance if present.
