Mayme Andrews was an amazing woman! She wanted to live to be 100 and she almost made it. Before her final illness, Mayme lived a long, full life. We loved her as a mom, grandmother, sister and friend.
Mayme was a talented crafts-woman who loved to travel and shop. Even though she was sick for the last two years, the evidence of a life well-lived was all around. Her comfortable home was decorated with the useful ceramics that she made at the White Plains Senior Center.
Mayme built a strong foundation for her family that will be remembered for years to come. Her loving presence will be missed. Rest in peace.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Eye Bank for Sight Restoration, Inc. Please see details of her Memorial Service further in here on her tribute page.
