Wanda Michelle Kellam entered the world in White Plains, New York on October 27, 1963 to proud parents, Morris and Mae Francis (Murphy) Kellam. She attended the public schools of White Plains, NY and graduated from Woodlands High School in 1981. She received an Associate degree in Applied Science in Business Administration at Westchester Community College in 1983. She accepted Christ and joined Union Baptist Church.
Wanda maintained employment at several companies, including Catherine’s, CVS, Malone’s, and Strategy for Wealth. She was last employed as a Customer Service Agent at A.J. Benet Insurance Company.
She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her loving sister, Melinda, and loving nephew, Larenz. She also loved going to dinner, traveling, reading, journaling, listening to music, and pampering herself. Wanda especially loved her felines, Missy and Sarah.
Wanda Michelle (Kellam) Moore went home to be with the Lord on June 6, 2021, after a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Morris and Mae Francis (Murphy) Kellam and other family members.
She leaves, to cherish her memory: loving sister, Melinda Kellam and nephew, Larenz Kellam, of White Plains, NY; sister, Carolyn (Stan) Porter of Hawkinsville, GA; her former husband, James Moore; step-children, Portia and Davon Moore, of White Plains, NY; aunts: Patricia (Benjamin) Drakeford of Lugoff, SC, Catherine Murphy, Dorothy Murphy, Katie Murphy of Lugoff, SC; uncle, George (Delores) Murphy of Camden, SC; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

A Visitation/Wake/General Walk-Thru Only is being held at Lee's Funeral Home Tues. between 12:30-2:00pm only. NO services are happening at the funeral home; family will NOT be continuously inside the funeral home; any seating is TEMPORARY Only, as this is intended by the family for health concerns to be a walk-thru visitation ONLY, NOT anything stationary or for the entire time frame - Please respect their wishes.

You MUST come to the funeral home & cemetery wearing a mask, & wear a mask inside the funeral home & respectfully social distance as much as possible at all times, out of respect to The Family's expressed health concerns in the continuing pandemic. You must use hand sanitizer upon entering the funeral home. If you know you have a coronovirus/COVID-19; are sick/experiencing symptoms of coronovirus/COVID-19; are immuno-compromised and/or have health/other conditions that make your body more susceptible to illness, please do NOT attend any services nor come into the funeral home. Please feel free to bring & use your own pen for signing family register book - you are encouraged to please BRING & use your own PEN for signing. Please follow & abide by the rules of the funeral home, and directions of the funeral home staff and/or cemetery personnel at all times. Graveside Services & Burial will be on Tuesday June 29th, 2021, meeting at 2:30PM. You may meet at Kensico Cemetery office on Tuesday at 2:30PM, if not meeting at funeral home by 2:00PM to follow in procession to cemetery. Please be mindful that we're only just arriving at the cemetery at 2:30pm & then need to check-in, be lead to the grave & set-up, so please be understanding the actual graveside services may not start until probably around 2:45pm or so. Thank you in advance for your understanding & patience.

If attending, please feel free to bring your own chair to sit on & any covering from sun or rain, as the service may be longer than you'd want to stand, and the cemetery is only providing just a few basic chairs & minimal space under tent. Once at cemetery office & acknowledged as part of our procession, please do NOT get out of/leave your vehicles until lined up properly and/or instructed to do so. Once we're organized & they're ready for us, Kensico personnel will lead us in a procession to the gravesite. Once at the gravesite, please do not exit your vehicles until after the cemetery personnel have left the gravesite area & we explicitly instruct you to do so. It is recommended you please come to the cemetery wearing a mask, and responsibly social distance as much as possible/the area allows. Please follow & abide by the directions of the funeral home staff and/or cemetery personnel at all times. You may meet at Kensico Cemetery office on Tuesday at 2:30PM, if not meeting at funeral home by 2:00PM to follow in procession to cemetery.
